Gegenwartsliteratur, founded in 2002 by Paul Michael Lützeler, is a peer-reviewed yearbook that publishes research on contemporary German literature from scholars across the globe. The Yearbook appears with Stauffenburg Publishers annually in October, right before the Frankfurt Book Fair.
